由於超強颱風「樺加沙」迫近，教育局宣布所有學校，包括中學、小學、特殊學校、幼稚園、幼稚園暨幼兒中心及夜校明日（23日）及後日（24日）將停課，學生不用回校，應留在安全的地方。

Due to the approach of Super Typhoon Ragasa, the Education Bureau announced that all schools, including secondary schools, primary schools, special schools, kindergartens, kindergarten-cum-child care centres and night schools will be suspended tomorrow (23rd) and the day after tomorrow (24th). Students do not need to return to school and should stay in a safe place.

Due to the Hong Kong Observatory issuing a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal this morning, the Education Bureau has announced that all morning-session and full-day schools will suspend classes today. All summer courses are cancelled, and students should not return to school but remain in a safe place.
